Classification of location of study compared with province or territory of residence

Usage

"Inside Canada (location of study)" may be further sub-classified using the Standard Geographical Classification (SGC).

"Outside Canada (location of study)" may be further sub-classified using the Standard Classification of Countries and Areas of Interest (SCCAI). When using the SCCAI for this sub-classification, the class "Canada" is not used.

Where "location of study" appears in brackets in the class name, it may be omitted when the context provides clarification.
