The health of individuals as they age, including health status, activity limitations, dependence and independence, as well as factors that may affect health, such as exercise and nutrition.
Health issues among older age groups, including diseases such as diabetes and arthritis; health conditions such as hearing or vision loss; injuries due to falls; use of medication; and health care services such as cataract surgery or hip and knee replacement are also included.
