This category includes a statistical unit that has an income that is below the specified low-income line.

2 - Not in low income

This category includes a statistical unit that has an income that is no less than the specified low-income line.

3 - Concept not applicable

This category includes a statistical unit that belongs to a population group or resides in a geographic area for which the low-income concepts are not applicable.
