This instructional program class comprises any program that prepares individuals to educate the public on science-based, environmentally-sound practices in sustainable gardening and horticulture. These programs include courses in vegetables, houseplants, composting, flowers, fruits, turf grass, woody plants, plant propagation, pollination, soils, wildlife management, integrated pest management, plant pathology, and entomology.
