• 11 - Grade 8 or equivalent or lower (highest)

113 - Grades 5-8, or equivalent (highest)

This category includes persons who completed grades 5, 6, 7 or 8 but did not complete any further education. In Quebec this includes persons who completed grades 5 or 6 or Secondary I or II but did not complete any further education.
