Sexual victimization (SLT)

The following questions ask about sexual victimization that you may have experienced in the past 12 months.

Remember that all information provided is strictly confidential. Your responses are important whether or not you have had any of these experiences.

These questions may be emotionally difficult, and it's important that they are asked of everyone to give us a better understanding of what people have experienced.
