All petroleum firms believed to be performing or funding Research and Development.

Form designed to cover inputs to energy Research and Development activity, including expenditures by area of technology, source of funds and payments abroad for energy Research and Development.

Responding to this survey is voluntary.

Data are collected directly from survey respondents and extracted from administrative files.

This is a postal survey.
