Data release - Data from the Call for Collaboration will not be released.

Description

This is a consultative-type initiative and is not being collected under the Statistics Act.

Institutions and organizations with clients who are living with a life-limiting illness or their unpaid caregivers are asked to complete this Call for Collaboration and indicate their willingness to help promote the new study on palliative care, LLLI-ACRE.

Participating institutions and organizations are asked to:
- Describe their organization's main activity,
- Indicate how they are willing to help promote the new study on palliative care, LLLI-ACRE, which will take place in the fall of 2024,
- Provide the number and type of clients the organization serves,
- Provide contact information for the provision of promotional materials.

Help publicizing the study is critical to its success as it will be an open portal, with no way to contact potential participants directly.

Institutions and organizations that agree to help will be sent information and promotional materials about the new study that can be provided to their clientele when the portal to the questionnaire is opened in October 2024.

The links included with the promotional material will take participants directly to the study's portal where they will be able to complete the questionnaire for LLLI-ACRE.

Collection period: June 2024 to January 2025
