Reference period of change - 2010-2011 (Cycle 9)

In Cycle 9, no field test was conducted, since changes to the questionnaire were minimal. Instead, additional in-house testing was performed.

Reference period of change - 2006-2007 (Cycle 7)

Instrument design - From Cycles 1 to 6 two field tests were conducted. For Cycle 7 and 8, one field test was only one field test is conducted (in November prior to collection).
