Reference period of change - 2010

As of January 1, 2010, Canadian Level I and Level II air carriers are required to participate in the Canadian Passenger Origin-Destination Survey if they offered scheduled flights and if they transported at least 600,000 revenue passengers in each of the two calendar years immediately preceding the reporting year.
