As of January 1, 2011, the number of air carriers providing data to this survey increased. As a result, caution should be used in comparing year-over-year changes.

Reference period of change - all quarters of 2010

As of January 1, 2010, Canadian Level I and Level II air carriers are required to participate in the Passenger Origin-Destination Survey if they offered scheduled flights and if they transported at least 600,000 revenue passengers in each of the two calendar years immediately preceding the reporting year.
