The Survey on Research Activities and Commercialization of Intellectual Property in Higher Education (SRACIPHE) questionnaire was redesigned for the 2025 reference year to reduce respondent burden and improve data quality. The questionnaire content was streamlined to collect information that is both relevant to policy needs and feasible for institutions across the higher education sector to report, including information on research partnerships, intellectual property management and support, commercialization activities, and institutional supports.
