Reference period of change - third quarter 2025

Instrument design - A few adjustments were made to the questionnaires starting with the 2025 collection cycle to better align with the objectives of the surveys and to respond to emerging data needs from the Government of Nunavut, namely:

• Capture only places visited, nights, accommodation types, and spending for the portion of the trip in Nunavut, instead of for the entire trip.
• Adjust transportation spending categories to capture local and commercial transportation spending while in Nunavut, rather than transportation spending within Canada and outside Canada
• Add a specific question about spending on Inuit-made art while in Nunavut
