The February 15, 2019 update reflects the release of the Experimental New Condominium Apartment Price Index (NCAPI), which is produced using data collected from the New Condominium Apartment Price Report. Detailed information on the index methodology, as well as an explanation as to why this product is considered experimental at this time have been added.
