In and out mobility of population, category
In and out mobility for migrant population it refers to journeypersons who, one or three years after certification, reside in a different province or territory from where they certified, while for shadow population it refers to those who reside in the same jurisdiction in which they certified, but work in another province and territory. In and out (total mobility) is the sum of these two types of mobility by mobility indicators.
Population refers to the total membership, based on specific characteristics, of a group of people, objects or events at a given time and within a particular geographic area.
