Absence of mobility of population, number
Absence of mobility refers to journeypersons who, one or three years after certification, either only reside (in the context of migrant population), or reside and work exclusively (in the context of shadow and total population) in the same province or territory in which they certified. The percentage of absence of mobility is calculated using Tax filers as the denominator.
Population refers to the total membership, based on specific characteristics, of a group of people, objects or events at a given time and within a particular geographic area.
