Receipts of food services and drinking of location, value
Receipts of food services and drinking refers to gross receipts from the sale of meals and lunches, alcoholic beverages, candy, souvenirs, fees for catering and bartending, etc. It includes rental revenue and commission revenue, lottery tickets, video gambling machines.
Location refers to the lowest level of the Business Register statistical hierarchy. The location, as a statistical unit, is defined as a production unit at a single geographical location at which or from which economic activity is conducted and for which, at a minimum, employment data are available.
