Program discontinuation refers to the withdrawal from a program by a person, within the normal length of time to complete it or during a longer period.

Person refers to an individual and is the unit of analysis for most social statistics programs.

The data for this variable are reported using the following classifications and/or lists:

• Time relative to the program duration
