Modification required to work environment refers to one or more modifications to the work environment required by a person with special needs. These modifications are made to help a person in the labour force to perform his or her current or future duties.
Person with disability refers to a person whose daily activities are limited according to a prescribed level of difficulty with particular tasks due to a long-term condition or health problem lasting, or expected to last, for a specific period of time.
