1 - Violent offences

Violent offences involve the use or threatened use of violence against a person, and include offences such as homicide, attempted murder, assault, sexual assault and robbery.

2 - Property offences

Property offences involve unlawful acts to gain property, but do not involve the use or threat of violence against the person. They include offences such as break and enter, theft and fraud.

3 - Other Criminal Code

Include offences such as impaired operation of a motor vehicle, escape custody, failure to appear, disorderly conduct, prostitution, soliciting and offences against the administration of justice.
