Payment collection rate
1.1 - Regular collection rate
The regular payment collection rate is the amount of regular payment received in the fiscal year divided by the amount of regular payment due. Regular amounts received are payments received in the reference month that are allocated by the Survey of Maintenance Enforcement Programs (SMEP) to regular amounts due in the month, or payments received that are left over after the allocation process has been completed (for example, the payment has not been allocated as regular, other payments or arrears).
