Rental or leasing services of road passenger transportation vehicles with operator or driver are included.

This subclass comprises passenger transportation operated on regular routes and on regular schedules or on regular routes on an unscheduled but frequent basis. Service is typically between a limited number of pick-up and drop-off points, with no local service for other points along the route; or on a circular route with frequent stops. The service is not part of a network. As many passengers as can be accommodated are carried on a first-come first-served basis. Passengers may or may not be charged a per-trip fee. Covers shuttle service whether paid for by passengers or by contracts.
