This major group comprises office support occupations usually requiring completion of secondary school. It includes general office workers; office equipment operators; financial, insurance and related administrative support workers; and library, correspondence and other clerks.

15 - Distribution, tracking and scheduling co-ordination occupations

This major group comprises distribution, tracking and scheduling co-ordination occupations usually requiring completion of secondary school. It includes mail, message distribution, supply chain logistics, tracking and scheduling co-ordination occupations.

34 - Assisting occupations in support of health services

This major group comprises occupations in health that require secondary school education, either partial or complete, and additional specific training. It includes dental assistants, nurse aides, orderlies and other assisting occupations in support of health services.

44 - Care providers and educational, legal and public protection support occupations

This major group comprises occupations in education, law and social, community and government services that generally require completion of secondary school and specific training courses or work experience and may also require related post-secondary studies. It includes home child care providers, home support workers, school teacher assistants, sheriffs, bailiffs, correctional service officers, by-law enforcement officers and certain regulatory officers.

64 - Sales representatives and salespersons - wholesale and retail trade

This major group comprises sales occupations requiring secondary school, or more, and experience related to the product or service, or some combination of education, specific courses, product knowledge and demonstrated sales ability. It includes sales and account representatives in wholesale trade (non-technical) and retail salespersons.

65 - Service representatives and other customer and personal services occupations

This major group comprises service occupations usually requiring secondary school and some combination of specific training courses or programs of up to two years in duration, on-the-job training, related knowledge or experience and, in some cases, relevant licences or certifications. It includes security guards and occupations in related security services, food and beverage service, travel and accommodation, tourism and amusement services, customer and information services and other personal services.

74 - Other installers, repairers and servicers and material handlers

This major group comprises other installer, material handler, repairer and servicer occupations with some secondary school education or on-the-job training. It includes other installers, repairers and servicers, longshore workers and material handlers.

75 - Transport and heavy equipment operation and related maintenance occupations

This major group comprises occupations in transport and heavy equipment operation and related maintenance which usually require completion of secondary school and a licence or certification. It includes motor vehicle and transit drivers, heavy equipment operators, other transport equipment operators and related maintenance workers.

84 - Workers in natural resources, agriculture and related production

This major group comprises workers in natural resources, agriculture and related production occupations, which usually require completion of secondary school and some training, a licence or certification. It includes mine service workers and operators in oil and gas drilling; logging and forestry workers; agriculture and horticulture workers; and other workers in fishing, trapping and hunting occupations.

94 - Processing and manufacturing machine operators and related production workers

This major group comprises occupations in processing and manufacturing machine operation and related production work which usually require completion of secondary school and experience or on-the-job training. It includes machine operators and related workers in mineral and metal products processing and manufacturing; chemical, plastic and rubber processing; pulp and paper production and wood processing and manufacturing; textile, fabric, fur and leather products processing and manufacturing; food, beverage and associated products processing; and printing equipment operators and related occupations.

95 - Assemblers in manufacturing

This major group comprises assemblers in manufacturing occupations which usually require some secondary education and experience or on-the-job training, and may require completion of secondary school, college courses or a college program. It includes mechanical, electrical and electronics assemblers; and other assembly and related occupations.
