This category includes persons who have obtained trades certificates or diplomas from both of the following two categories: 1) a Certificate of Apprenticeship or Certificate of Qualification or Journeyperson's designation; 2) a trades certificate or diploma other than a Certificate of Apprenticeship, Certificate of Qualification or Journeyperson's designation.
