407 - Nursing Assistant - General

Certificate program designed to provide trainees with the skills needed to care for ill and convalescing patients and those requiring custodial care. Also taught are skills used to assist with the care of acutely ill patients in hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centres and in the community. Nursing assistants work under the supervision of registered nurses and/or physicians.
