This instructional program class comprises any fellowship training program that prepares individuals to study, prevent, and manage human diseases manifested in cells. These programs include instruction in laboratory procedures; laboratory management; quality assurance; screening; specimen collection; cytopreparation; cytometric and image analysis; and related immunological and molecular techniques. Requires prior completion of a residency program in pathology.
