611003.1.1 - Higher career and technical programs
Programs and courses of higher career/technical content which focus on occupationally-specific qualifications needed for entry into, or advancement in, the labour market, or which may qualify individuals for industry, government or professional association exams or certification. Entry-level programs are generally two or three years in length (or may cumulatively contribute to or follow such a program). Post-diploma or post-degree programs are usually two years or less in length.
