Services by water which take customers to areas of scenic, historical or cultural interest, and/or use vintage or specialized equipment that is an attraction in itself. Includes harbour tours and whale-watching tours; dining cruises, party cruises and business cruises; sightseeing by amphibious vehicles and sailboats; and underwater tours by submersible vessels. May include commentary, admission to sights, guided visits, meals or entertainment. These services are short-duration, not involving overnight accommodation.
