60.0568 - Physical medicine and rehabilitation, psychiatric residency programs

This instructional program class comprises any residency training program that prepares individuals to diagnose, evaluate, and treat patients with limited physical, psychological, social, and vocational functions as a consequence of diseases, injuries, impairments, and/or disabilities. These programs include courses in pathogenesis of systems disorders; psychiatric examination; therapeutic exercises and physical modalities; prosthetics, orthotics and other durable rehabilitative equipment; gait analysis; diagnostic and therapeutic injections; electrodiagnostic analysis; and rehabilitation management.
