213131 - Cannabis oil

This subclass comprises cannabis oil, in bulk or prepared for retail sale, for non-medical and medical uses. Cannabis oil refers to an oil-based solution containing cannabinoids in their natural form, such as delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD), as well as other cannabinoids (CBC, CBG and CBN), and aromatic compounds (terpenes), which are mainly extracted from fresh or dried cannabis (buds and leaves), and dissolved in a carrier oil. Cannabis oil must be liquid at room temperature of 22 +/-2 degrees Celsius, contain no more than 30 milligrams of THC per millilitre of oil, when sold in bulk form, and 10 milligrams of total THC in capsule form or per dose of a metered product, and have a maximum yield percentage of 3% w/w or less of THC, taking into account the potential to convert the delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol acid (THCA) to neutral forms of THC. Cannabis oil does not contain any added flavour, scent or non-cannabis related substance other than carrier oil.
