This group comprises the services of buying and selling merchandise on own account at an intermediate step in the distribution chain. Wholesale services bundled with services incidental to the own account sale of merchandise such as logistics, inventory management, marketing services, packaging and labeling, handling of warranty claims, in-store or co-op promotions, and product training are also included.

55121 - Cannabis products, at wholesale

This class comprises wholesaling services for cannabis viable seeds; cannabis vegetative plants; fresh and dried cannabis (buds and leaves); cannabis oil; other cannabis extracts and concentrates; cannabis-infused edible products; and other cannabis products n.e.c., for non-medical and medical uses. Cannabis is bred to contain cannabinoids, in particular the tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) - more than 0.3% w/w (weight for weight) - and cannabidiol (CBD).

This subclass comprises wholesaling services for cannabis-infused edible products (beverages, food, etc.), containing more than 0.3% w/w of the psychoactive compound tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), cannabidiol (CBD), and other cannabinoids and terpenes. Their use can be non-medical or medical. Generally, there is a limit on the level of THC a product available for sale could contain.
