Classification of Type of Electricity Deliveries of Economy

1 - Firm deliveries

'Firm deliveries' includes delivery of electricity intended to be available at all times during the period of the agreement of its sale, even under adverse conditions, but subject to force majeure interruptions.

2 - Non-firm deliveries

'Non-firm deliveries' includes delivery of electricity covered by transactions for short periods and subject to curtailment or cessation of delivery by the supplier or purchaser in accordance with prior agreements or under specific conditions.

3 - Other deliveries

'Other deliveries' includes electricity given in compensation.
