551214 - Cannabis extracts and concentrates (except oil), at wholesale

This subclass comprises wholesaling services for cannabis extracts and concentrates, except cannabis oil. Cannabis concentrates refer to derived extracts (solid and non-solid) containing concentrated amounts of the psychoactive compound tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), cannabidiol (CBD), and a multiplicity of other cannabinoids and terpenes. Cannabis solid and non-solid concentrates refer to substances that are in solid and non-solid forms at a room temperature of 22 +/- 2 degrees Celsius and that have a maximum yield percentage of greater than 3% w/w of THC, taking into account the potential to convert the delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol acid (THCA) into THC. Their usage can be non-medical or medical. Generally, there is a limit on the level of THC a product available for sale could contain.
