Excluded from this industry are establishments operated by railways and primarily engaged in providing telecommunications, bus and water transport services, operating hotels or operating shops for the building and major overhauling of railway rolling stock. Establishments primarily engaged in the above activities are classified in 4821 - Telecommunication Carriers Industry, in 9111 - Hotels and Motor Hotels, in Industry Group 454 - Water Transport Industries or in - Railroad Rolling Stock Industry. Establishments primarily engaged in railway construction are classified in 4129 - Other Heavy Construction and those primarily engaged in operating street railways are classified in 4571 - Urban Transit Systems Industry.
