This group comprises exclusive advertising rights, endorsements, and display advertising; advertising intermediary services; direct advertising services; full-service advertising campaigns; advertising creative services; advertising services n.e.c.; and public relations services.

71231 - Direct advertising services

This class comprises advertising and marketing services that communicate directly with the consumers, without using time or space in media outlets such as newspaper or television. It covers advertising and marketing campaigns communicated by direct mail, door-to-door delivery, distribution of samples in public places, use of advertising specialties, product demonstrations and display lettering. This class also covers full service direct mail advertisement and full service direct advertising.

712311 - Direct advertising services, sold separately

This subclass comprises advertising and marketing services, sold separately, that communicate directly with the consumers, without using time or space in media outlets such as newspaper or television. It covers advertising and marketing campaigns communicated by direct mail, door-to-door delivery, distribution of samples in public places, use of advertising specialties, product demonstrations and display lettering.

712312 - Full service direct mail advertising

This subclass comprises all the services required for a direct mail advertising campaign, from the concept development through the actual mailout (including emailing). Services include implementing a bundle of direct mail advertising methods, such as concept development services for direct mail advertising campaign, letter shop services, selling custom mailing lists and databases for direct mail use, proofreading direct mailout package materials, editing and formatting client-supplied mailing lists and databases for direct mail use, receiving and making telephone calls related to direct mail campaign. Generally, the direct mail advertising service bundle is sold as a package and provides financial gain for the client.

712313 - Full service direct advertising

This subclass comprises all services required for developing a comprehensive strategy to send promotional messages directly to consumers, except via mass media. Services include implementing a bundle of marketing or advertising methods, such as telemarketing, distribution of advertising materials and advertising specialties, other than by mail, direct mail, product demonstrations and display lettering. Generally, the direct advertising service bundle is sold as a package and provides financial gain for the client.
