Introduction (INT)

Introduction (INT) - Question identifier:INT_R01

We invite you to participate in the 2016 Survey on Sexual Misconduct in the Canadian Armed Forces. This survey is an initiative of Operation Honour and is conducted by Statistics Canada on behalf of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).

Your participation is very important - every experience counts. The CAF are committed to stopping inappropriate sexual behaviour. By taking this opportunity to express your views and share your experiences, you will help to create a safer and better workplace for everyone.

This voluntary survey is conducted under the authority of the Statistics Act, which ensures that the information you provide will be kept confidential.

In addition, Statistics Canada will safeguard your identity by grouping your responses with those of other respondents when reporting results. Individual responses and results for very small groups will never be published or shared with the CAF.

Please complete this online questionnaire in a location where you have privacy. The survey takes approximately 25 minutes to complete. You may save your answers and return to the survey at any point in time. Please note that you have until May 13, 2016 to submit your completed questionnaire.

We appreciate you taking the time to participate in this survey and contribute to the success of this important initiative.
