Description

Agencies such as Environment Canada and Health Canada have been trying to inform the public about sun exposure over the past few years, and they want to find out how well these messages have been received. Other groups such as the Canadian Dermatology Association and the National Cancer Institute of Canada are interested in how many people might be at risk of health problems related to sun exposure. The results from this survey will be used to develop new programs to educate and inform the public, and to determine the need for new services. This survey was sponsored by the University of British Columbia.

This is a sample survey with a cross-sectional design.
