Since November 2014, a new link to SGCER2011 has been added to the CANSIM table containing Economic Regions.

Since January 2014, CANSIM tables with Census Metropolitan Areas link to Standard Geographical Classification have been updated from SGCCMA2006 to SGCCMA2011.

Reference period of change - January 2007

Since January 2007, seasonal adjustment has been performed by the X12-ARIMA method. However, the 2004, 2005 and 2006 seasonally adjusted data have been revised with X12-ARIMA.
