Instrument design - The questionnaire was updated for reference year 2015 and two new questions have been added.

Reference period of change - 2014

In 2014, the census approach was replaced by a sample survey.

Target population - New industries (NAICS codes) which are likely to provide the Ontario First Nations point-of-sale rebate were included in the target population. In addition, the size thresholds used to identify in-scope enterprises were changed to include more small enterprises.

Data sources - The collection mode has been changed from a Computer-Assisted Telephone Interview (CATI) to an electronic questionnaire.
