Regular amount due to beneficiary refers to the amount of regular payment due to a beneficiary in march, the last month of the fiscal year, in the context of a program or agreement. Regular payments refer to the amount ordered or agreed to, expressed as a monthly payment due and includes the regular ongoing amount due in one month. Scheduled arrears are not included.

Maintenance enforcement case refers to a case that is registered involving one payer and one recipient and the financial obligations that are being monitored/enforced by the program (MEP). The program processes payments, monitors and enforces cases in order to ensure that recipients receive their payments of child and spousal support.
