Compliance with regular and total payment of maintenance enforcement case, category

Compliance with regular and total payment refers to that at least the amount expected (for regular and/or total payments) in a month is received or applied. Full compliance indicates that cases made their payment in full and partial compliance indicates cases that made partial payment. The determination of compliance is only made against the current amount due in a month.

Maintenance enforcement case refers to a case that is registered involving one payer and one recipient and the financial obligations that are being monitored/enforced by the program (MEP). The program processes payments, monitors and enforces cases in order to ensure that recipients receive their payments of child and spousal support.
