Regularity of compliance of maintenance enforcement case, category

Regularity of compliance refers to the number of months, during a fiscal year, where cases were in full, partial or non-compliance with payment. Compliance means that at least the amount expected in a month is received or applied. Full compliance indicates that cases made their payment in full and partial compliance indicates cases that made partial payment.

Maintenance enforcement case refers to a case that is registered involving one payer and one recipient and the financial obligations that are being monitored/enforced by the program (MEP). The program processes payments, monitors and enforces cases in order to ensure that recipients receive their payments of child and spousal support.
