Contributions to percent change in international exports of goods, proportion

Contributions to percent change refers to the contribution of a sub-aggregate to the percent change in an aggregate. For example, if consumer expenditures increased 2% and the contribution to the percent change by motor vehicle purchases was 1%, then motor vehicle purchases have accounted for half of the increase in consumer expenditure.

International exports of goods refers to the receipt arising out of transactions of goods by sales, barter, gifts or grants by residents from non-residents (abroad). Goods are physical, produced objects for which a demand exists, over which ownership rights can be established and whose ownership can be transferred from one institutional unit to another by engaging in transactions on markets.
