Temporary foreign worker status of person, status

Temporary foreign worker status refers to whether or not a person took part in the Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) Program, which allows Canadian employers to hire foreign workers to fill temporary jobs when qualified Canadians are not available.

Person refers to an individual and is the unit of analysis for most social statistics programs.
