Access to and use of health care services refers to four components of health care services: regular medical doctors status, contact with health professional in the last 12 months, contact with dental professional in the last 3 years, and health care required in the last 12 months but not received.

Person refers to an individual and is the unit of analysis for most social statistics programs.
