Trade qualifier status of person, status

Trade qualifier status refers to whether or not a person received a trade qualifier certificate. Such certificates are issued in jurisdiction where the person has passed a skills assessment examination in his or her trade.

Person refers to an individual and is the unit of analysis for most social statistics programs.
