Internet use refers to the reasons a person browse on the internet and the frequency or intensity of use for a given period of time.

Person refers to an individual and is the unit of analysis for most social statistics programs.

The data for this variable are reported using the following classifications and/or lists:

• Frequency of internet use
• Intensity of internet use
• Internet use for educational purposes
• Use of the internet in the last 12 months
