Reason for leaving job by person, category

Reason for leaving job refers to the reason why a person currently not employed, but who work within the last year, left his or her job. If the person left voluntarily, he or she initiate job termination for reasons of his or her own. If the person left that job involuntarily, the reason comes from the employer who initiated job termination.

Person refers to an individual and is the unit of analysis for most social statistics programs.
