Liquid hydrocarbon of economy, category
Liquid hydrocarbon refers to fuel extracted from a field in a liquid state or that can be liquefied. It includes Crude oil, condensate, liquefied petroleum gases, pentanes plus or refined petroleum products. Condensate is a mixture of mainly pentanes and heavier hydrocarbons that is recoverable at a well from an underground reservoir. Liquefied petroleum gases are naturally occurring gaseous hydrocarbons which liquefy only under conditions of increased pressure and/or decreased temperature. The main components are propane and butane produced at natural gas processing plants. Pentanes plus is a mixture of mainly pentanes and heavier hydrocarbons which ordinarily may contain some butanes and which is obtained from the processing of raw gas, condensate or crude oil.
Economy refers to the entire set of resident institutional units. It is divided into sectors that consists of groups of resident institutional units. An institutional unit is resident in a country when it has a centre of economic interest in the economic territory of that country. It is said to have a centre of economic interest when there exists some location - dwelling, place of production or other premises - within the economic territory on, or from, which it engages, and intends to continue to engage, in economic activities and transactions on a significant scale either indefinitely or over a finite period of time.
