Social and affordable housing of renter household, category

Social and affordable housing refers to 'non-market rental housing'; that is, housing allocation and rent-setting mechanisms are not entirely dictated by the law of supply and demand.

Renter household refers to private households where no member of the household owns their dwelling. The dwelling is considered to be rented even if no cash rent is paid.
